 Our investigator observed two Home Depot employees struggling to load a large appliance into the subject’s truck, requiring significant effort from both workers. Despite this, surveillance footage later captured the claimant—who is currently on disability for neck and back injuries—single-handedly unloading the heavy item and carrying it into his home without any visible signs of distress or limitation. His actions directly contradict his reported physical restrictions and raise serious doubts about the legitimacy of his disability claim.  

 The subject has been on workers' compensation for nearly two years due to an injury reportedly causing significant pain to his neck, back, and left shoulder. Our investigator, under the guise of previewing the course for an upcoming bachelor party, spoke with the golf course manager and was granted access to a cart. Not only was he able to survey the course, but he also uncovered much more—potentially critical information regarding the subject’s activities and physical capabilities.
