As you can see it took the two Home Depot workers a significant effort to load the appliance into the subject's truck.  Our investigator followed him back to his home and taped him getting it off the truck and walking it into the house by  himself.  The claimant was on disability for neck and back issues.  

The subject  has been on workman's comp nearly 2 years for an injury that caused pain to his neck, back and left shoulder.  Our investigator asked the golf course manager if he could take a golf cart out to preview the course prior to a bachelor party and was able to get this and much more.
